Nutritional Counseling

Dawn Hall is a certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Instructor, and Pilates Instructor. She has been coaching individuals and teaching fitness classes since 1992. Dawn specializes in helping women to achieve their health, weight loss and fitness goals in healthy, safe, efficient ways to coordinate with your lifestyle for a lifetime of results.
 

 

 
A Little Extra Guidance The Initial Evaluation consists of goal inventory, a review of your current lifestyle, eating habits, and medical history. This examination will reveal your strengths as well as areas for improvement. All sessions below require this initial evaluation to begin.

Initial Evaluation: $150
Initial sessions
4 sessions: Focus on: personal nutritional education. 45 minutes each $300
8 sessions: Focus on: personal nutritional education and practical application (eating out healthfully, understanding food labels, grocery shopping) 55 minutes each $580
12 sessions: Focus on: nutritional education, practical application and tackling your roadblocks to success. Recommended for first time clients. 55 minutes each $840
Maintenance sessions vary in length
1-3 sessions: Check-in occasionally to fine tune your changes, or to redirect a relapse. 45 minutes each $80/session
1+ sessions: When you have questions, comments, or need ideas, but not a full session! 20 minutes each. $50/session
