At 30 pounds past my normal weight and reaching the age of 45, I finally decided to give myself the gift of physical exercise through the boot camp offered by The Train Station Memorial Villages. Since beginning in October, I have lost almost 20 lbs and gained muscle mass and definition.
The first few weeks of working out were painful and challenging, but the friendships I have made and the results I have seen since then have made this one of the most rewarding challenges I have ever taken on.
The boot camp is a friendly environment where you will be supported by everyone no matter what your level of fitness. We all try to reach our goals together and we celebrate one another’s successes.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better both physically and mentally. We work hard, laugh hard, and keep each other going.

I am incredibly grateful to them for devoting so much time and expertise to my success; I owe all of my progress to their dedication and positive influence... even my balance has improved beyond the expectations of my doctors!
