TRX Training was born of the Navy Seals as a way to exercise while on duty. The elegant simplicity of using nylon straps to suspend the body provides a whole new way to exercise. Traditional bodyweight exercises like pushups, lunges and pull-ups take on new challenging positions that make for an ultra efficient workout.

TRX is used by the NFL, NBA and virtually every major sports league, plus the US military and elite athletes around the world.
