The Train Station provides RMR and VO2 Max testing services to our clients and those who are looking to gain awareness and optimize their workouts. RMR – or Resting Metabolic Rate testing allows clients to gain an understanding of their base caloric usage (Calories burned from basic daily activity) this provides data that clients can use to manage their food and caloric intake to lose weight.

Vo2 Max testing provides you and your trainer your ideal heart rate training zone. (When your body starts to burn fat instead of glucose) which allows us to create training programs that are more efficient and result-oriented.
